Joe Wade was born in Detroit, the oldest of five kids. Married with two children. His favorite foods are Pasta and Ribs. When not entertaining on air he loves watching movies old and new and a card game called "Eurche" Joe Wade was CMA Major Market DJ of the Year and was inducted into the Carrer College Hall Of Fame in 2003. Joe Wade once played a doctor on the CBS TV show Chicago Hope!

Talking football with Toby Keith, when he was just starting out and nobody knew who he was and co-hosting a charity event with Jack Ingram are just two of Howie's celebrity moments - too numbers to mention! His fondest memory is summer vacation, 2005, with his wife and kids in a rented cabin on the shore of Lake Superior. Howie says the song that fits him best is "Lucky Man," by Montgomery Gentry and his personal motto can't be beat: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
